Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 7, 2026. Last updated: July 7, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Massive Masters LLC(“Massive Raising Machine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Massive Raising Machine portal at massiveraising.comand related services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
  • Content you create: answers you enter into learning modules, quizzes, and the AI builders (for example, the inputs you type to generate an investor avatar, identity statement, or mindset evaluation), and any information you enter into interactive tools such as the contact value calculator.
  • Payment information: if you purchase a membership or product, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, progress through modules, and similar analytics.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and access times.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you logged in and to understand usage.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
  • To save and display your progress, scores, and generated materials.
  • To process payments and manage memberships.
  • To provide the AI-assisted features (see Section 4).
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and (where permitted) educational content and offers.
  • To improve the Service and develop new features.
  • To detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or misuse.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), email delivery, and our CRM (GoHighLevel). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. AI-Assisted Features

  • Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate content from the information you provide — for example, generating a sample investor avatar, an identity statement, a mindset evaluation, or coaching feedback on a script.
  • The inputs you provide to these features are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response and are handled under that provider’s terms.
  • AI-generated output is provided for educational and practice purposes, may contain errors, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated content.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can access and update your account information within the Service.
  • You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at mike@massive.capital.
  • You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or, if applicable, the GDPR. To exercise any right, contact us at mike@massive.capital.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
